Public survey launched as part of the EU LIFE Limicodra project
How is the LIFE Limicodra project perceived within the region? What impact do the implemented measures have on nature conservation, agriculture and local communities? These questions are currently being explored in a bachelor’s thesis at Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences – supported by a public survey.

As part of the EU-funded LIFE Limicodra project, conservation measures for meadow-breeding waders have been implemented along the Western Pomeranian coast for several years. In addition to evaluating ecological outcomes, the project is also required under LIFE guidelines to assess its socio-economic impacts.
For this purpose, student Tabea Voß from Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences has developed an anonymous online survey and welcomes participation from residents across the region.
“Your participation is extremely valuable: not only will you support this scientific study, but your feedback will also help shape the future of meadow bird conservation and the region itself.”
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is entirely anonymous.
